You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify sviv6 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. sviv6 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your f ailure to protect your login credentials.
You must ensure that all information provided during registration and at any point thereafter remains accurate and up to date. sviv6 reserves the right to suspend Accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Any winnings generated while an Account contains materially inaccurate information may be voided.
All Players are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before making their first withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time at sviv6's discretion, including following large deposits, unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance checks.

Withdrawals to verified Accounts are processed within 5 minutes during standard operating hours (06:00–23:00 WIB, Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity. sviv6 does not guarantee specific withdrawal times for Accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
As a general policy, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. Exceptions may be granted at sviv6's discretion upon submission of satisfactory supporting documentation.
sviv6 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are your responsibility. For transactions above certain thresholds, nominal processing fees may apply; these will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagers are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. sviv6 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
Mix parlay (accumulator betting) wagers require all selected legs to win for the bet to return a profit. If any leg is void, the parlay is recalculated excluding that leg. Mix parlay minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by market.
In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed without notice during periods of high market volatility, goal events, red cards, or other significant match incidents. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid unless the underlying event is voided under these Terms.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, sviv6's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
Games and content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others) are the responsibility of those respective providers. sviv6 acts as a distributor of this content and accepts no liability for faults, errors, or disputes arising directly from third-party game software beyond our reasonable control.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting sviv6 customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Any remaining Balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification requirements.
sviv6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you are found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, if required to do so by law or regulatory directive, or if sviv6 determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited. Disputes arising from termination must be submitted to customer support within 30 days of the Account closure date.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sviv6 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through sviv6's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body.
Indonesian Players acknowledge that disputes cannot be resolved through Indonesian domestic courts given the nature of offshore online gaming operations. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to pursue claims in Indonesian courts and consent to the jurisdiction and dispute resolution mechanisms described herein.
